Our Pastor

Nahum O’Brien was appointed pastor of Fairview Missionary Baptist Church in 2023. Nahum and his wife, Arin, have been married for 7 years. Arin comes from Hallsville, MO where she grew up on the family farm. She is a homemaker and artist, holding an advanced degree in Studio Art and Illustration. Nahum is a native of Scioto County, a graduate of Wheelersburg High School. He is a graduate of Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary and holds a Master of Arts in Religion. Before coming to FMBC, Nahum and Arin served as missionaries in Norway with ABWE International. In addition to serving at FMBC, Nahum and Arin continue to work with and represent ABWE International in Appalachia as members of EveryEthne, the North American team.
